TransMed Network™ and its Client Software, is offered to any licensed medical provider on an-all inclusive monthly subscription basis.

TransMed Client Software Version 5.0.0 is the version TransMed members have envisioned and designed. It is their system; your system.

Recommendations by the IT Team

Current Internet technologies and availability produce a "99.7%-always-up internet/broadband connection" for present web-based TransMed Network® Member-Providers. Premium broadband connections provided by commercial ISP companies also produce connection speed beyond the minimum required for TransMed® use.

The TransMed® IT team recommends that all incoming TransMed users select a web-based office with a FIXED IP address broadband connection. Large practices or groups can use this setup, with no decrease in performance, unless they have special requirements.

Cost and Limitations

This certified product-version may require a one-time cost to support and setup online patient service, including Direct Messaging and faxes (170.314.e.1)
This certified product-version may require one-time costs to establish interfaces for reporting to immunization registries, cancer registries, and public health agencies (170.314.f.2, 170.314.f.4, 170.314.f.6)
This certified product-version may require a monthly cost to support electronic fax systems beyond the base subscription.
This certified product-version may require a one-time cost for custom format import/exports from/to proprietary systems.
This certified product-version may require a one-time cost for customized modules outside of certification requirements.
This certified product-version may require a one-time cost for support beyond the basic documentation provided to all subscribers.
This certified product-version is certified to data export criteria 170.315(B)(6) and can generate a set of export summaries in real time. However, the ability to utilize the mass export functionality for data export is only allowed once every 24 hours to ensure optimal system performance.
